Decision
This is an application for review under section 68 of the Employment Standards Act, R.S.O. 1990, C.E.-14, as amended (the "Act"). On July 4, 2001, pursuant to a direction from the Board that it provide proof of payment, the applicant provided a letter from the Royal Bank indicating that on May 25, 2001 the Ministry of Labour, Employment Standards had collected $2,269,81 from its account through an attachment order. The Board inquired on July 5, 2001 as to the amount the Ministry was holding in trust with respect to this matter and was advised that the amount was $387.37. The Board hereby directs the Ministry of Labour to advise the Board as to whether or not it has collected the amount outstanding from Order to Pay 61102 from the applicant. The Ministry should so advise the Board on or before July 20, 2001. A copy of its correspondence should be provided to the applicant.
