DECISION OF THE BOARD; August 17, 2001
Decision
1The Board has been advised that there is an error in its decision dated August 7, 2001. The Board hereby amends that decision by deleting paragraph 3 and substituting the following.
- Having regard to the agreement of the parties, the Board further finds that:
all employees of Gibson Holdings (Ontario) Ltd. in Loyalist Township, save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, office and clerical staff, registered and graduate nurses
constitute a unit of employees of the responding party appropriate for collective bargaining.
2An amended certificate will issue to the applicant.
