DECISION OF THE BOARD; September 17, 2001
1. This is an employee application for review under the Employment Standards Act (the “Act”).
2. By letter dated August 10, 2001 the Registrar of the Board advised the applicant Ms. Babic, that she must resubmit the application to comply with the Board’s Rules. A copy of the Board’s new Rules of Procedure, copy of the correct application form (Form A-69) and a copy of the Information Bulletin No. 23 – Applications for Review under the Employment Standards Act was forwarded to Ms. Babic.
3. The applicant was directed to file her application on the correct form within 10 working days from the date of the Registrar’s letter. To date no response has been received from the applicant.
DISPOSITION
4. In the circumstances this matter is terminated.
