DECISION OF THE BOARD; November 15, 2001
Decision
1The hearing dates in these matters set for November 22 and 23, 2001 are hereby cancelled. It is unlikely that the Board will be able to deliver its decision on the constitutional issue before November 22, 2001.
2The next dates for hearing are December 6 and 7, 2001. Since two of the three possible outcomes of this decision would have the matters continuing, with at least Wilson’s Truck Lines Limited and Wilson Logistics Inc. as responding parties, those parties should be prepared to proceed on those days.
