1This is an application under section 96 of the Act that the responding parties have violated section 75 of the Act.
2In its response, Brick and Allied Craft Union of Canada, Local 1 ("BACU, Local 1") have requested that the Board dismiss the application without a hearing, because in its view, the application does not disclose a prima facie breach of the Act.
3If the applicant wishes to dispute the motion brought by BACU, Local 1 it is directed to file submissions within two weeks of the date of this decision. Those submissions must include the applicant's position with respect to the factual allegations made in BACU, Local 1's response.
