DECISION OF THE BOARD; December 13, 2001
The Board is in receipt of correspondence dated December 10, 2001 from counsel for the applicant in these matters, which appears to have been copied to the other parties. In that correspondence, the applicant requests “that the Board deem Urtech Electric Inc. pursuant to Rule 41 of the Board’s Rules of Procedure to have accepted all of the facts stated in both the Grievance Referral and the Section 69 1(4) Application, as Urtech had failed to respond to either proceeding.”
The Board directs the other parties to file their submissions, if any, in response to this request within two (2) days of the date of this decision. The applicant may file any reply submissions within two (2) days thereafter.
