DECISION OF THE BOARD; April 24, 2001
1. Having regard to the request of counsel for the United Steelworkers of America (“USWA”) in this matter dated April 20, 2001 and to the applicant’s response dated April 24, 2001, the Board directs the applicant to provide forthwith to each of the bargaining agents herein a list of the addresses and home telephone numbers (if known) of each additional individual that any of the bargaining agents advise should be added to the list of eligible voters. This would include, for example, the thirty (30) individuals that OPSEU has indicated should be included on the list of eligible voters. The Board declines to make the additional order requested at this stage.
