The Board is in receipt of a letter from counsel for the applicant which requests that the Board order termination pay in view of its decisions dated May 30, 2001 and July 31, 2000.
In my view, the applicant’s claim for termination pay cannot succeed as any such claim was satisfied by the Board’s award of 3 months’ pay.
