1This is an employee application for review of a decision of an Employment Standards Officer not to issue an order to pay. It was filed pursuant to section 68 of the Employment Standards Act (the "Act").

She then hand delivered it to the Board. In the circumstances and in the exercise of the Board's discretion pursuant to section 68(4), the date by which this application must be filed is extended to July 31, 2001.
