The Board is in receipt of a request from the applicant that the December 5, 2001 hearing be adjourned. Efforts to contact Terry Richards have not been successful. Letters sent to the most recent address on file for Mr. Richards have been returned bearing the notation “moved”. The Ministry of Labour has indicated that, if Mr. Roberts had not been contacted by November 28, 2001, it would consent to the adjournment request. In light of the foregoing, the hearing of this matter scheduled for December 5, 2001 is hereby adjourned to a date to be set by the Registrar.
