These are applications under the Employment Standards Act.
The parties have advised the Board that they have settled the outstanding issues in respect of both applications and they request that the money held in trust be released to Mr. Chue Lau.
Therefore, the Board directs the Director of Employment Standards Branch to disburse the money held in trust in Board File 3085-98-ES (Order to Pay No. 48683) as follows:
To Chue Lau $733.37
To Government of Ontario Consolidated
Revenue Fund $100.00
Interest accrued on the above amounts while held in trust shall be paid to the recipients pro rata.
Both applications are withdrawn with leave of the Board.
