Decision
1The Board, by decision in these two matters dated November 14, 2001 listed them for hearing commencing 9:30 a.m. November 16, 2001.
2Counsel for the applicants, by letter dated November 15, 2001 advised the Board that the parties had agreed to request that the Board adjourn these matters “to mutually convenient dates.” It is clear that the parties have agreed to the adjournment of the hearing scheduled for November 16th. Under the circumstances, the Board hereby adjourns these applications sine die. Unless either party requests that the Board proceed with these matters within one year from the date of this decision, they will be deemed terminated without any further notice to the parties.
