This is an application for review under section 68 of the Employment Standards Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. E.14, as amended (“the Act”) of Order to Pay No. 56450 issued by Employment Standards Officer Louise Charbonneau on April 25, 2001 (‘the Order’).
A decision was issued in this matter on July 18, 2001. The amounts reflected in that decision are not correct. The decision is set aside and substituted by the following.
The application is withdrawn by leave of the Board. The amount held in trust by the Director of Employment Standards shall be distributed as follows:
a) $650.14 in accordance with the Order;
b) $100.00 to be retained as the Ministry’s administration fee, to be paid in due course into the Ontario Consolidated Revenue Fund.
