This letter is to inform you that the United Food and Commercial Workers Union Local 175, seeks leave of the Board to withdraw the above.
3We take this request as a request on behalf of UFCW to withdraw its intervention in this matter. In the absence of any submissions received from the other parties within two weeks of the date of this decision objecting to or providing any reasons why this request ought not to be granted, the intervention will be deemed to have been withdrawn by leave of the Board.
