Section 68(7) of the Employment Standards Act provides that, in order for an employer to apply to have an order to pay reviewed, the employer must have paid the amount stipulated in the order to pay to the Director in trust or provide the Director with an irrevocable letter of credit acceptable to the Director. The order to pay in issue in the instant matter is in the amount of $708.00. The applicant has paid the sum of $217.60.
The applicant is hereby directed to provide the Board with evidence that it has in fact paid the full $708.00, less statutory deductions, to the Director, no later than October 28, 2001, failing which this matter will be deemed to be automatically terminated without further notice to the parties.
