DECISION OF THE BOARD; October 23, 2001
The style of cause is hereby amended to reflect the name of the responding party agreed to by the parties “Lombardi Construction Concrete and Drain a.k.a. Lombardi Construction”.
The parties have now reached a settlement with respect to this matter and have asked the Board to issue a consent order.
Pursuant to the agreement of the parties, the Board declares that the responding party “is and remains bound by the full terms and conditions of the collective agreement entered into by the parties on October 27, 1993” and which was attached to the settlement document dated October 19, 2001.
This application is hereby terminated.
