DECISION OF THE BOARD; November 20, 2001
For reasons to follow, it is the Board’s determination that project at which Mr. Ribeiro was employed on the date of application does not fall within the ICI sector of the construction industry. As a result, there was no one at work in the ICI sector of the construction industry on the date of application.
Having regard to the Board’s determination, Board File No. 0334-01-R is dismissed.
The applicant is hereby directed to advise the Board no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 21, 2001 as to whether there are any issues that remain in dispute in Board File No. 0333-01-R. If no issues remain in dispute, Board File No. 0333-01-R will be referred to the Manager of Field Services for the purpose of appointing a Labour Relations Officer to meet with the parties on Friday, November 23, 2001 in order to count the ballots cast in the vote.
