DECISION OF THE BOARD
1These are three appeals of inspectors’ orders pursuant to section 61 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (the “Act”).
2The order in Board File No. 3035-99-HS upon which the appeal is based has been rescinded. Having regard to the letter from counsel for the applicant dated June 11, 2001, Board File No. 3035-99-HS is hereby withdrawn with leave of the Board. The Board notes the agreement of the parties as to the terms of this withdrawal as contained in counsel’s letter.
3Counsel for the applicant requests that the other two applications be consolidated; being Board File numbers 2933-00-HS and 0799-01-HS. The Ministry of Labour consents to the consolidation. These two applications will be scheduled to be heard together and the issue of consolidation can be dealt with by the panel scheduled to hear them.
