1. The monies held in trust for this appeal are to be distributed as follows:

a) $2,100.00 to Rick Letang (Twenty-one hundred dollars);

b) the balance remaining to the applicant.

2. The employer Anmar Mechanical (the Applicant) shall withdraw the statement of claim against Mr. Rick Letang related to this matter, and will not file any future related claims associated with this matter.

2. Under these circumstances the Board finds that the administrative fee ought to be returned to the employer

3. The Board directs that the monies held in trust by the Director of Employment Standards be paid as follows:
