1Having regard to correspondence dated December 17, 2001 from counsel for the applicant, wherein he requests an adjournment of the hearing in this matter scheduled for December 18, 2001 due to serious medical emergencies involving two of the applicant’s witnesses, the Board hereby grants the request to adjourn the hearing scheduled for December 18, 2001.
2The hearing shall be rescheduled by the Registrar in the normal course.
