DECISION OF THE BOARD; May 30, 2001
Decision
1It has come to the attention of the Board that in its decision dated May 28, 2001, it incorrectly referred to the Provincial ICI Collective Agreement to which the employer is bound as the "Painters Provincial ICI Collective Agreement". The Collective Agreement to which the Board intended to refer is the Provincial Agreement between the Architectural Glass & Metal Contractors Association and the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades and the Ontario Council of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades which is properly referred to as the Glaziers Provincial Agreement and not as the Painters Provincial Agreement.
2Accordingly, the Board's decision of May 28, 2001 is hereby amended so as to replace the references to "Painters Provincial ICI Collective Agreement" with "Glaziers Provincial ICI Collective Agreement".
