DECISION OF THE BOARD
1The applicants have written the Registrar to report that the parties have been unable to settle the issue of the quantum of damages and to request that the consultation be reconvened to deal with this issue
2The parties are directed to file with the Registrar and with each other by the end of the business day on November 9, 2001, their submissions as to the quantum of damages, including any particulars, documents and calculations that they would rely upon in support of their respective positions if the consultation were to be reconvened. Further, the parties are to then file with the Registrar and each other by the end of the business day on November 16, 2001, any reply to the submissions filed on November 9, 2001.
3Following a review of the filed submissions, the Board may determine the issue of quantum on the basis of the filed material or reconvene the consultation.
