DECISION OF THE BOARD; October 18, 2001
1. This is an application for certification.
2. By decision dated October 17, 2001, the Board directed that a representation vote take place on October 19, 2001. The applicant and responding party have requested that the vote not be held on that date, inasmuch as the affected employees are not scheduled to work on that day. Under the circumstances, the Board hereby directs that the representation vote shall be held on Monday, October 22, 2001 instead of Friday, October 19, 2001.
3. The date of the Regional Certification meeting and hearing will be November 14, 2001 and November 19 and 20, 2001, respectively.
4. The responding party is directed to immediately post copies of this decision adjacent to the “Notice of Vote and of Hearing” in this matter. These copies must remain posted for as long as the Notice of Vote and Hearing remains posted.
