DECISION OF THE BOARD; May 22, 2001
1These matters are set down for hearing on November 5 and 6, 2001. Three more days will be required to complete evidence required in this case. The parties are directed to contact the Registrar to fix these dates.
2There are still issues with respect to the production of documents outstanding, and a need for the applicants to particularize, in some fashion, their allegations with respect to the Northern Ontario Workers Association. Counsel expressed their confidence that they would be able to work out among them what needed to be done. In the event that any disagreement arises among them, the Board will deal with the same before the commencement of the hearings. The Board directs that if the parties are not able to complete this process by agreement, they shall file with the Board no later than October 3, 2001 their full submissions with respect to any outstanding requests for particulars or production.
3I am seized of these applications.
“David A. McKee”
for the Board
