Decision
The Board is in receipt of correspondence dated November 21, 2001 and correspondence dated November 26, 2001 from counsel for the responding party, Silkline Designs Inc., in which he requests that the Board reconsider its decision dated November 9, 2001. In that decision, the Board determined to exercise its discretion to extend the deadline for filing an application for review in this matter.
The request for reconsideration was not, however, filed in the form or in the manner required under the Board’s Rules of Procedure. It also appears that counsel’s correspondence was not copied to all of the other parties. In the circumstances, the Board will not entertain the request until it has been properly filed with the Board. The Board will, however, extend the deadline for filing a request for reconsideration to twenty (20) days from the date of this decision.
