DECISION OF THE BOARD; November 9, 2001
[1]. The Board is in receipt of correspondence dated November 7, 2001 from counsel for the Labourers’ International Union of North America, Local 183 (the “union”) in these matters. In that correspondence, the union requests production of certain documentary material referred to in paragraph 2 of that correspondence from the applicants in Board File No. 0239-01-R and 0241‑01‑R, Geremiah Geldart and Brad Martin.
[2]. The other parties may file any submissions in response to this request within two (2) days of the date of this decision and the union will have two (2) says thereafter to file any reply submissions.
