DECISION OF THE BOARD; August 17, 2001
1By letter dated May 23, 2001, the employer filed an Application for Review of an Order to Pay (“the Order”) issued against it pursuant to section 68 of the Employment Standards Act (“the Act”).
2The employer was required by the Board in a letter of July 10, 2001 to provide a breakdown of the statutory deductions it made in respect of each employee affected by the Order. The Board requires an accounting of the difference between the amount of the Order and the amount submitted to the Director with the application, failing which it cannot process the application.
3To date the Board has not received the information requested. The employer is hereby informed that unless the information is provided by August 31, 2001, this application will be dismissed without further notice.
