Decision
1A consultation was held in this matter on November 16, 2001.
2The parties agreed that the counsel for the applicant would further particularize the complaint by December 31, 2001. As well, he would serve a subpoena with a request to provide documents by the same date.
3The counsel for the responding party will respond to the particulars, if any, and provide the documents by March 12, 2002.
4The parties will also work on an Agreed Statement of Fact. Counsel for the applicant will provide a draft statement by December 31, 2001. Counsel for the respondent will provide a response to that draft by February 15, 2002.
5This matter will continue on April 16 and 17, 2002 commencing at 9:30 a.m. in the "Board Room", 2nd Floor, 505 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario.
