1This is an application for certification. It was scheduled to be heard on April 23 and 24, 2001. However, the parties jointly requested that the hearing be adjourned pending settlement discussions.
2The Board hereby consents to adjourn this application sine die for a period not exceeding one year. Unless within that time either party requests that the Board proceed with the matter, it will be deemed terminated without any further notice to the parties.
3The parties are requested to inform the Board promptly if they are able to reach a settlement in order that the Board’s file may be closed.
