1These are three applications. One is a referral of a grievance under the construction industry provisions of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the "Act"), an application filed under section 96 of the Act, and one application for certification being Board File No. 0414-01-R.
2Through inadvertence, the Board scheduled the referral application, Board File No. 0699-01-U for hearing on June 1, 2001.
3Board File Nos. 0674-01-U and 0699-01-G are hereby rescheduled to be heard on the dates scheduled in Board File No. 0414-01-R which are November 1, 2, 19, 20, 27 and 28, 2001. The hearing is to be held at the Board’s Offices at 505 University Avenue, 2nd Floor, Toronto, commencing at 9:30 a.m. each day.
