DECISION OF THE BOARD; December 17, 2001
1These are applications for certification. The application date is December 14, 2001.
2The Service Employees International Union (SEIU) has been identified as an interested party in each application.
3By letter dated December 14, 2001, SEIU advised the Board that "as of December 14th, SEIU Local 220 has not received a full copy of this application. It had been faxed on the 13th at 17:20 but the application contained several blank pages".
