In its response to the application, the responding party requested that the applicant provide further particulars of the allegations contained at paragraph 9 of Schedule “A” to the application. In the circumstances, the Board directs the applicant to provide to the Board any submissions opposing this request within ten (10) days from the date of this decision, or in the absence of any objection, to provide the responding party with the particulars requested by that date.
