DECISION OF THE BOARD; December 10, 2001
At the request of the parties, the hearing dates of December 11, 2001, January 10, 11, 24, and 25, 2002 are adjourned. All remaining dates are confirmed. On or before 12:00 noon on January 25, 2001 the applicant is directed to advise the Board whether these matters are to proceed. If they are to proceed, then all further dates are peremptory on all parties. These dates are February 11, 12, 13, 14, 25, 26, 27, April 11, 12, 18, 19, May 2 and 3, 2001. The only alternative the Board will consider is to adjourn all the remaining hearing dates sine die. If the applicant does not advise the Board that it wishes to proceed on or before January 25, 2002, all dates will be adjourned sine die.
