1This is an employer application for review pursuant to the Employment Standards Act, R.S.O. 1990 c. E.14 as amended by 1997, c. 31, s.149 (“the Act”) of Order to Pay No. 52650 issued on June 16, 2000.
2The hearing in this matter commenced on May 10, 2001. At the resumption of the hearing on September 25, 2001, counsel for the Ministry of Labour informed me of a proposed memorandum of settlement (“the agreement”) between the workplace parties which, in his submission, would dispose of all matters in dispute.
3Having regard to the agreement of the workplace parties, I hereby order:
(i) that the wages paid to the "Director in trust" in relation to this matter be disbursed as follows:
to be paid to the Employee $819.78
(ii) that the administration fee be retained
by the Government of Ontario
Consolidated Revenue Fund $100.00
total amount held by the Director $919.78
(iii) that Order to Pay No. 52650 is rescinded
- This matter is terminated.
