DECISION OF THE BOARD; December 5, 2001
By decision dated November 16, 2001 the Board (differently constituted) certified the applicant for a bargaining unit of plumbers and plumbers apprentices employed by the responding party.
Pursuant to paragraph 5 of the above decision, the responding party requests that the ballots cast in the representation vote held on October 24, 2001 not be destroyed pending possible further action by the responding party. The reasons for this request are set out in the responding party’s letter of December 4, 2001.
In the circumstances the Board directs the Registrar to hold the ballots cast in the representation vote taken in this matter until such time as the Board directs otherwise.
This matter is referred to the Registrar.
