WINDSOR/ESSEX COMMUNITY CARE ACCESS CENTRE
SAINT ELIZABETH HEALTH CARE
Whereas Local 210 has filed a s. 1(4)/69 Application, Board File No. 2291-00-R regarding which a Board Decision dated July 16, 2001 has been issued and a Hearing date of October 23, 2001 has been scheduled.
And whereas, the parties wish to settle this matter, the parties agree as follows:
All of the parties consent to Local 210 withdrawing its Application at this time.
Local 210 agrees that it will not file a similar Application based upon the material facts set-out in its Application in Board File No. 2291-00-R.
