DECISION OF THE BOARD; April 19, 2001
The Board convened a teleconference with counsel for the applicants and for the Ministry of Labour in the above-noted files, together with counsel for the responding party companies in Board File No. 1906-98-ES.
The purpose of the teleconference was to review a proposed settlement which could resolve all matters in both files. That settlement will become the subject of a Board Order in due course. As a result, and with the agreement of counsel for the applicant and for the Ministry of Labour in Board File No. 1690-98-ES, the Board agreed to adjourn sine die the hearing in that matter scheduled for April 20, 2001.
The Board hereby adjourns sine die the hearing scheduled for April 20, 2001 in the Board File No. 1690-98-ES.
