The applicant has advised the Board that the responding party has failed to post the Notice of the application and of the representation vote as required by the Board pursuant to section 111(2)(f) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995. S. O. 1995 ch.1 (the "Act") . Therefore the Board appoints Mr Wayne Davis, Labour Relations Specialist, to enter into the premises at Southway Inn, 2431 Bank Street, Ottawa and Carleton University residence, 1125 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, and to post conspicuously in those locations in a place where they are likely to come to the attention of employees of Exner Plumbing and Heating Ltd. copies of:
The application for certification;
The confirmation of filing of the application;
Notice of Vote and Meeting;
Decision of the Board July 31, 2001.
This authorization is given pursuant to section 111(2)(g) of the Act. It is an offence under the Act to prevent or interfere with an officer appointed by the Board in the performance of this posting.
