3506-00-U Tony C. Andrigo, Applicant v. Local 113 Amalgamated Transit Union, Responding Party v. Toronto Transit Commission, Intervenor.
BEFORE: Stephen Raymond, Vice-Chair.
DECISION OF THE BOARD; July 17, 2001
- The Board is in receipt of a handwritten letter from the applicant dated July 16, 2001 in which he attaches another copy of his letter dated June 16 2001. By decision dated June 29, 2001 the Board said:
The Board has reviewed the material submitted. Unfortunately, the copies received by the Board are not entirely legible. In particular, documents dated July 15, 2000 and June 16, 2001, which appear to set out the position of Mr. Andrigo are not entirely legible.
Consequently, the Board ordered:
Mr. Andrigo is directed to deliver to the other parties and to the Board by July 16, 2001, a printed or typed document in which he sets out the actions of the Amalgamated Transit Union, Local 113 that he say are a violation of the Act.
- The applicant has failed to comply with the decision of the Board. The applicant is directed to apply with the decision of the Board by July 30, 2001, failing which this application will be dismissed.
