2The applicant refers to the responding party’s letter dated March 14, 2001 requesting production of certain documents. The applicant comments on the specific requests and has produced some records as set out in its letters of March 26 and April 6, 2001.
3The Board does not have the March 14, 2001 letter from the responding party. It does not appear that the responding party sent a copy of the March 14, 2001 request for production of documents to the Registrar.
4If there is still an issue outstanding with respect to production of documents the parties are directed to provide the necessary correspondence to the Board.
