This is an application under section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”) which alleges a violation of section 74 of the Act.
A consultation was held in this matter on August 22, 2001.
During the consultation it became apparent that there were differences of fact which must be resolved to determine the issue. Those facts can only be determined through a hearing.
The matter is therefore referred to the Registrar to be re-scheduled for a hearing.
