Unless within that time either party requests that the Board proceed with the matter, it will be deemed terminated without any further notice to the parties.
2In addition, the applicant is relieved from filing written submissions as directed in the Board’s decision of November 14, 2001. Should this matter proceed within the time contemplated in paragraph 1 above, the applicant is directed to file the aforementioned written submissions within 10 days of the Board’s decision to process the application.
