Under the circumstances the date set for the consultation into this matter (August 15, 2001) is adjourned to a date to be set by the Registrar if and after the Labour Relations Officer advises that a consultation will be necessary.
Local 79 requests particulars of the circumstances of members affected by the conduct alleged in the application. Before the Board determines whether to order such particulars, the applicant shall have three days from the date of this decision to advise the Board whether it objects to the filing of the particulars and also, its reasons for doing so.
