DECISION OF THE BOARD; July 3, 2001
1By correspondence dated June 29, 2001, the applicant in these matters requested that the Board order the responding party, Petro-Canada, to produce the documents referred to therein on or before July 4, 2001. In the circumstances, the Board directs the responding party to produce to the applicant any of the requested documents that it agrees to produce by Thursday, July 5, 2001 and, in the event it refuses to produce some or all of the documents listed, to file with the Board its submissions in response to the request by July 5, 2001.
2Any dispute between the parties regarding the scope of the production requested may be raised with the panel assigned to hear these matters at the outset of the hearing scheduled on Friday, July 6, 2001.
