1This is a request for reconsideration of the Board’s decision dated May 28, 2001.
2By decision dated August 3, 2001 the Board agreed there were errors in its decision dated May 28, 2001. The errors related to the amounts which ultimately were to be paid by the Director to the parties out of the monies held in trust.
3The Board’s decision directed the employer to provide information regarding the net amounts owing. The employer has not provided the information required.
4Under the circumstances the employer shall have a further two weeks from the date of this decision to comply with the Board’s Order. If the employer does not comply the Board will calculate the amounts owing to each party based on the material before it.
