By correspondence dated August 1, 2001, the applicant requested that the Board reactivate Board File No. 3287-00-U. By decision dated July 17, 2001, this application was withdrawn by leave of the Board having regard to the agreement of the parties dated July 12, 2001 in which the applicant requests leave of the Board to withdraw this application. The application accordingly remains withdrawn and the proceeding in Board File No. 3287-00-U is terminated. The Board, however, makes no comment on the applicant’s ability to file a fresh application under section 74 of the Act to the extent that he continues to be dissatisfied with the union’s representation of his interests.
