DECISION OF THE BOARD; June 29, 2001
1In response to the Board’s decision dated June 5, 2001, the Board is in receipt of a package of material from Mr. Andrigo.
2The Board has reviewed the material submitted. Unfortunately, the copies received by the Board are not entirely legible. In particular, documents dated July 15, 2000 and June 16, 2001, which appear to set out the position of Mr. Andrigo are not entirely legible.
3Mr. Andrigo is directed to deliver to the other parties and to the Board by July 16, 2001, a printed or typed document in which he sets out the actions of the Amalgamated Transit Union, Local 113 that he says are a violation of the Act.
