- This is an application under section 67 of the Employment Standards Act (“the Act”). Immediately prior to the hearing scheduled in this matter, the parties entered into the following Minutes of Settlement:

Ms. Sharry [sic] Marlatt and Ms. [sic] Silver Stitch

Wereas [sic] the claim was filed under No. 1868-00-ES. Wereas [sic] parties reached an agreement to settle the matter. The parties has [sic] agreed as fallows [sic]:
The Employer has agree [sic] to pay $1,200 (one thousand & two hundred dollars) and the Employee has agreed to this offer.
The Employee has agree [sic] to withdraw the claim.
The Employer will apply statutory deductions to the above amount.
The Employer agried [sic] to pay within 15 days by money order.

Although the Ministry of Labour is not a party to the Minutes of Settlement, it did not oppose the agreement reached.
