1The applicant has filed an application under section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995, c.1, as amended (the "Act").
2Prior to the hearing in this matter the parties entered into the following Minutes of Settlement:

Harper Detroit Diesel Limited (“the Company”) Responding Party.
MINUTES OF SETTLEMENT
WHEREHAS the union has filed application (being Board File #0640-01-U) (the “application”) under section 96 of the Act; and
WHEREAS the parties hereto have agreed to the following in full and final settlement of all matters in relation to the application:
The Company will, without any admission of wrong doing, pay Remo Latorre three (3) days pay at his regular hourly rate (less the applicable statutory deductions).
The parties request that the terms of these Minutes of Settlement be incorporated as a consent order in a decision of the Board.
The decision of the Board shall become a permanent part of Remo Latorre’s personnel record.

3Having regard to the Minutes of Settlement, and pursuant to section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, the Board makes the following order and declaration:
that Harper Detroit Diesel Limited pay to Remo Latorre three (3) days pay at his regular hourly rate (less the applicable statutory deductions); and
that the decision of the Board shall become a permanent part of Remo Latorre’s personnel record.
