In a Board decision dated May 22, 2001, the Board requested that the applicant provide her position to the Board by June 25, 2001 as to how the trade union violated the Act when it denied, pursuant to its by-laws, the son of the applicant from participating in the appeal of the applicant.
As of the date of this decision, the Board has not received any submissions from the applicant.
Accordingly, the Board will exercise its discretion not to inquire any further into this application.
This application is dismissed.
